Its automation system allows different types of skin to be peeled (one way or two way peeling). Speed for the blade can be set up too. By those settings you can peel thickest fruits and vegetables for a large production.

- Cylinder with position (probe tube) to adjust the thickness of the blade cut.
- Support of metallic structure on wheels with lock that allows an easy movement of the machine.
